16 million people suffer from hunger every day in Yemen and, with the health system basically collapsed due to more than seven years of fighting and war, there’s nowhere to turn. With no help aside from their homes, living or dead COVID19 virus sufferers are being wasted away because medical professionals don’t have access within their communities anymore. They’re too to be fighting with one another, rather than trying to save lives.
The country’s squalid conditions make it a breeding ground for HIV-related sexual transmission. There are 4 million who are without a permanent place to call home, and can’t even eat enough since food prices are constantly rising and wages are low- not enough money goes towards giving basic necessities such as health care or drinking water that is clean! This is the reason why tackling this pandemic will be near impossible without help from abroad; however, we must be quick to act before it’s too far too late.
While the Yemenite people have been fighting Cholera since long but they remain at risk. There’s a possibility of hope, with international organizations such Save The Children USA and World Vision UK supporting them in COVID-19.

They continue delivering humanitarian aid in extremely difficult circumstances, where they face conflict and difficulty in getting to their destination, which is the main reason why there is such a demand for international agencies like them.
